Q – I started downloading my order but lost internet connection half way through, can I download my order again?
Yes, your order will be saved on your downloads page for 2 weeks and up to 6 download attempts. If you’re still experiencing problems after this time then please contact us via the contacts page

Q – I purchased the wrong track, can I exchange it or get a refund?
No, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any items that have been downloaded by mistake. Make sure you check your basket thoroughly before you checkout!

Q – I downloaded a really cool track, can I give it to my friends to listen to?
No, Filesharing is illegal. Anyone found distributing or sharing music purchased through Tidydigital will face criminal prosecution and have their account suspended. Support the musicians and artists whose music you love, without them there is no music!

Q - How do I pay with PayPal?
Please follow these simple steps to pay via PayPal:
First Register with PayPal and follow all the instructions.
1.    Transfer money from your bank account to your PayPal account.
2.    When you have finished choosing the tracks you'd like to buy, click the "Checkout With PayPal" button next to the usual "Checkout" button.
3.    Follow the checkout steps. You'll be taken to the PayPal site to verify the transaction and then returned to Tidydigital to download your tracks once the payment is complete.

Q – I have a registered account but have lost my password?
Simply go through to the log in section of the site and click on ‘Forgot Password’, you will then be instructed on how to retrieve your password.  

Q – Can I save my basket if I don’t want to purchase right now?
Yes, all registered users baskets are saved until they purchase or delete the items.

Q – Is the music sold on tidydigital constant or Variable Bit Rate (VBR)?
All MP3s sold through tidydigital are encoded at 320kbps CBR.

Q -  Can I post music I like to my Facebook profile?
Yes, and you can also Tweet it and bookmark it to other popular sites such as del.icio.us and StumbleUpon! Simply click on the required icon underneath the release you wish to post and you will directed to your page on the relevant site with the link, its really that simple!

Q – I’m a label and want to sell my music through tidydigital, how can I do this?
Please contact us at info@tidydigital.com with all the information on your label and music.

Q -  I’m an unsigned producer that doesn’t have a label,  can I sell my music through the site?
Sorry, all music sold through tidydigital must be released through a label.

Q – I’m a DJ and want to submit a chart, how do I do this?
All DJ charts are submitted on request by us; please do not send any DJ charts to us as they will not be published.

Q – I have a news item / promotion I think will be relevant to tidydigital customers and want to make some noise through the site, can I do this?
